“This is my story. I got a referral from my mechanic from a client. So yeah, a friend of a friend type deal. I was pretty skeptical from the reviews I read beforehand. When Steve was about to do my test drive and troubleshooting for the vibration issues, I told him that I was looking for a miracle. He just told me the hard truth and gave me a reality check in the most professional way possible. Had to respect it. Zero sugar coating there. After the 3-hour diagnostics and troubleshooting, they told me that my water pump was leaking and the pulley was wobbly and causing all the vibrations. In my mind, I had still a few miles left to drive and schedule the maintenance next week. The miracle that I received was the bearing was shot and the vibrations got really bad in the parking lot. My time was suspicious and accusational. It was the miracle that I had to wrap my head around because if I had made it out of the parking lot, it would have needed a tow truck and additional expenses. I did apologize for my behavior and attitude. The water pump was replaced and the leaks on my transmission were repaired. Looking back, it seems like the water pump was going bad ever last April when I got the vehicle. The vehicle has never been so quiet. I can actually hear the natural rumbling of what a V8 should sound like and in 1997 camper van at that. Im so grateful that the repairs needed were reasonable and affordable. When my camper van need any transmission work, I know that I will have peace of mind knowing that Sonny and Steve will take care of it. Thank you guys again.”

“Sunny, the owner, had my water pump and timing belt installed on my car. He finished it on time and did not give me an excessive bill. What makes him stand out is this: I had a mobile mechanic replace my spark plugs on my V-6 engine, but he put the spark plug wires incorrectly. He also messed up the drive by wire for the accelerator pedal. The mobile mechanic said he would come back and fix it, but he did not, and he didn’t return my calls or texts. Sunny took my car and fixed the problem at no charge. That shows exemplary character! Reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy are the adjectives I would use to describe Atlas transmission.
